Spruce is one of the smaller cabins on the Ranch. It is a perfect size for a small family, one couple or two companions. The bathroom is quite spacious with a closet and a shower/bathtub unit. It sleeps a max of 3 people with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Spruce cabin has a great front porch with view of the Shop Lake and three rocking chairs to enjoy the vistas looking up the Rio Grande Valley.

*Peak-Season rate starts June 15th and ends August 9th
*Weekly rental requirement starts June 1st and ends August 23rd, arrivial and depauture on Saturdays.
Off-Season: Rate/Week: $861 ($123/night)
*2 night minimum rental requirement during the Off-Season, when not within the weekly rental dates.
*Plus Cleaning Fee: $30/stay
*Lodging & Sales Taxes: 7.5%
*Extra Occupant or Rollaway Bed: $20/night
